This policy explains how BustBrain Labs, Corp. (“we”) handles information when you use the WaggleReach website, join the waitlist, or use the product. WaggleReach is in private beta.

Information you give us

• Waitlist. Your email address, and any note you choose to include, when you ask for access.
• Messages. Whatever you send us at support@bustbrainlabs.com.
• Product information. If you are invited in, details you provide about what you sell, who you want to reach, and the outreach you ask WaggleReach to prepare.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data. Pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, and device type.
• Cookies. Cookies and similar tools used by the site and by the analytics services below.

Information used to run outbound

To find and reach potential buyers, the product is built to look up publicly available information about companies and people, and to use the product context you provide. That research is used to decide who may be relevant and to draft outreach for you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:

• Brevo, which stores waitlist contacts so we can email you about access
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which help us understand site traffic and how the pages are used
• Infrastructure providers that host the site and the product
• Authorities when the law requires it

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it to run the beta. If you use the product, we keep account and product information while your access is active, and longer only when we need it for security, disputes, or the law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you, or to stop waitlist email. Write to support@bustbrainlabs.com. Depending on where you live, local law may give you additional rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

Children

WaggleReach is a business product. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
