Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WaggleReach website, waitlist, and product (together, the “Service”). WaggleReach is operated by BustBrain Labs, Corp.. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

WaggleReach is an outbound product. It is being built to learn what you sell, find companies that may need it, research the right people, and help you reach them with relevant context. The Service is in private beta. Access is invite-only, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee access or a particular launch date.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, you agree that we may contact you at the email address you provide about access, the product, and related updates. You can ask us to stop those messages at any time.

Your use of the Service

When the product is available to you, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your product and business
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Use the Service only for lawful business outreach
• Follow applicable anti-spam, privacy, and marketing laws, including getting any consent those laws require before a message is sent
• Review outreach before it is sent when the product asks you to, and accept responsibility for messages sent on your behalf

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Interfere with the Service, or attempt to access it without permission
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as we allow in writing
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or mislead anyone

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you submit, including product descriptions and instructions. You give us permission to use that information to operate, secure, and improve the Service, including to research prospects and prepare outreach for you.

Our intellectual property

The Service, including the WaggleReach name, site, and software, is owned by BustBrain Labs, Corp. and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service while these Terms are in effect.

Beta

The Service is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee any number of replies, meetings, or customers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, BustBrain Labs, Corp. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us.

Ending access

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, if we need to protect the Service or other people, or if we discontinue the beta. Write to support@bustbrainlabs.com if you want your waitlist record removed.

Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after an update, the new Terms apply.
